17 Day Diet: Cycle 1 Acceptable Fruits

During Cycle 1 of the 17 Day Diet, the following is a list of acceptable fruits to consume.  Remember, only 2 servings of fruit per day and never eat fruit after 2pm.

Low-Sugar Fruit- 2 servings daily

Applies
Berries, all types
Grapefruit
Oranges
Peaches
Pears
Plums
Prickly pear cactus
Prunes
Red grapes
