Sample Menu- Cycle 2

Here’s a sample menu for one day on Cycle 2 of the 17 Day Diet. Don’t forget you must alternate during Cycle 2 between Cycle 2 food list days and Cycle 1 food list days. Here’s a Cycle 2 food list day.

Wake Up:

Hot Water with Lemon

Breakfast:

6 oz of Non-Fat Plain Yogurt  with 4-5 Strawberries cut up and add Sweetener
1/2 Cup Cooked Old-Fashioned Oatmeal
Hot Green Tea

Lunch:

Healthy French Onion Soup
Side Salad with Tomatoes, Carrots and Low-Fat Dressing of your Choice
Medium Baked Potato with Fat-Free Sour Cream
Green Tea

Mid-Day Snacks:

Medium Apple
1/2 Cup of Fruit Flavored, Low-Sugar Yogurt

Dinner:

Perfect Barbecue All-in-One Burger Recipe
Green Salad with your favorite veggies AND/OR
Steamed Green Beans (Eat them like french fries– with your fingers!)

Water Consumption: 64-96 oz of plain water
