Here are answersto some frequently asked questions:
How are the meal plans delivered?
Each week I’ll email you a reminder to log into your private member area with your username and password where you’ll access and download your weekly plan.
How many servings does each recipe make?
Each recipe is for four servings, unless otherwise indicated. If you have more or less in your party, the recipes are super easy to convert into different serving sizes.
Are these meal plans 17 Day Diet compliant?
Yes, all meal plans are actually Cycle 1 compliant. For most meals, I’ll recommend protein alternatives and starch additions to make each meal compliant for cycles 2 and 3 if you choose.
Will you deliver actual food to me?
No. These meal plans are 100% digital and no food will be delivered to you.
Will I be charged a one-time fee or monthly fee?
The Monthly Dinner Club by Simply17 is a monthly membership and your form of payment is automatically billed every 30 days.
How many dinner recipes will I receive each month?
Each month you’ll receive THREE meal plans, each containing 5 dinner recipes for your weekday meals for a total of 15 recipes each month.
Do you categorize the shopping list by food type?
Yes. Currently each shopping list is categorized by proteins, vegetables, herbs/spices and misc./pantry items.
Do I have to be on the 17 Day Diet to use the menus?
No. Even though they are 17 Day Diet compliant, anyone who enjoys lean proteins and low-starch vegetables will enjoy these healthy dinner recipes. Most recipes are even Keto Diet compliant!
Can I use PayPal to pay for my Simply17 membership?
Yes. In addition to PayPal, you may also use any major credit card.
What is your refund policy for Simply17?
While there is no refund extended, you may cancel at any time prior to your next billing cycle to avoid the next monthly charge. The membership is a monthly fee and no contract is required. Cancel anytime.
