Why not spice up your egg whites with this easy and tasty 17 Day Diet recipe!
Spicy Egg White Omelette
3/4 C egg whites
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of red chili flakes
sprinkling of low or non-fat mozzarella cheese (for flavor, not as main ingredient)
Combine your egg whites and seasonings and cook in a small non-stick pan. When egg whites are just about done, sprinkle a small pinch of cheese and let melt. Fold omelette over and serve hot!
