Here’s the cover – I changed the pagination slightly so the finished cover will look different, but I think the sub title will be easier to read with the changes:
Beginning & Ending Stats – At the beginning of each Cycle and 8 or 9 day sprint, you’ll have a beginning stats and an ending stats worksheet to keep track of your weight and measurements:
Full Day’s Journal – Here’s a full day of your journaling including your inner work (intentions, affirmations, and gratitude) and your outer work (your stats, fitness activity, your required food checklist and food journal and your daily hydration check):
Reflect & Review – At the end of each cycle, there’s a place to reflect and review. You’ll record your beginning and ending stats (weight and inches) and calculate the difference). You’ll also reflect on the ONE thing you learned about yourself during the 17 day cycle:
Here’s a huge bonus – The book is just the right size (just over 6X9)! Big enough to record your daily stats, food, etc., yet small enough to fit in your purse so you may keep track all day long as you’re on-the-go!
