I’ll give you a 17 Day Diet Cycle 3 Meal Plan for one day so you know what I’m talking about!
It’s in Cycle 3 of the 17 Day Diet where you’ll learn better eating habits and making healthier choices. Think of Cycle 3 as more of a “mental” game than anything.
Oh and before I forget, make sure you take measurements as you’ll likely lose more inches than pounds during Cycle.
OK, back to business! To give you an idea of a typical Cycle 3, here’s a 17 Day Diet Cycle 3 Meal Plan, complete with Cycle 3 recipes to give you ideas of how you’ll eat during this cycle.
Like previous cycles, when you follow the 17 Day Diet Cycle 3 Food list, it’s pretty easy to prepare a meal plan.
Here’s a typical Cycle 3 menu for one day.
17 Day Diet Cycle 3 Meal Plan
Wake Up Drink (within 30 minutes of waking):
Hot Water with Lemon (use about the juice of a whole lemon or roughly 2-3 Tablespoons of bottled lemon juice)
Breakfast:
Egg scramble of 4 Egg Whites and 1 Whole Egg, wilted spinach, a tad of sun-dried tomatoes, and a pinch of low-fat feta cheese wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.
1/2 Cup of your favorite berries such as strawberries, blue berries, etc.
1 Cup of Skim Milk
Green Tea
Lunch:
Meatballs with Easy Homemade Spaghetti Sauce (you can have this for dinner if you choose to eat starches after 2pm)
Green Salad with your favorite veggies and low-fat dressing
Green Tea
Mid-Day Snack:
1 Cup Pineapple chunks with 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
Dinner:
Baked Fresh Herb Parmesan-Crusted Chicken
Steamed Broccoli
Green Tea
Water Consumption:
64-96 oz of pure water (minimum)
