To give you an idea of a typical Cycle 3, here’s a 17 Day Diet menu for Cycle 3, complete with recipes to give you ideas of how you’ll eat during this cycle.
Like previous cycles, when you follow the Cycle 3 Food list, it’s pretty easy to prepare a meal plan.
Here’s a typical Cycle 3 menu for one day.
Wake Up Drink (within 30 minutes of waking):
Hot Water with Lemon (use about the juice of a whole lemon or roughly 2-3 Tablespoons of bottled lemon juice)
Egg scramble of 4 Egg Whites and 1 Whole Egg, wilted spinach, a tad of sun-dried tomatoes, and a pinch of low-fat feta cheese wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.
1/2 Cup of your favorite berries such as strawberries, blue berries, etc.
1 Cup of Skim Milk
Beef Stir Fry consisting of Lean Cuts of Beef (serving size = size of kitchen sponge), steamed broccoli, carrots, pea pods and any approved vegetable you enjoy, along with a dash of low-sodium soy sauce and other seasonings, served over 1/2 cup of cooked brown rice.
1 Cup Pineapple chunks with 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
Grilled Fish Filet
Grilled Asparagus (slight drizzle of Olive Oil)
Light Garden Salad with your favorite greens and veggies served with a light Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinaigrette
Hot Green Tea
64-96 oz of pure water (minimum)
