Remember, in this cycle you’ll alternate between Cycle 2 food list days and Cycle 1 food list days – this is basically alternating between high and low caloric days.

As always, if you follow the Cycle 2 Food list, it’s easy to formulate a Cycle 2 day (every other day on this cycle). Here’s a Cycle 2 typical menu when you’re on a high-caloric day (revert back to my Cycle 1 Sample Menu for your low-caloric day):
Wake Up Drink (within 30 minutes of waking):
Hot Water with Lemon (use about the juice of a whole lemon or roughly 2-3 Tablespoons of bottled lemon juice)
6 oz of Non-Fat Plain Yogurt with 4-5 Strawberries cut up and add Sweetener
1/2 Cup Cooked Old-Fashioned Oatmeal
Healthy French Onion Soup
Side Salad with Tomatoes, Carrots and Low-Fat Dressing of your Choice
Medium Baked Potato with Fat-Free Sour Cream
Medium Apple (before 2pm)
6 oz Fruit Flavored, Low-Sugar Yogurt
Perfect Barbecue All-in-One Burger Recipe
Green Salad with your favorite veggies AND/OR
Steamed Green Beans (eat them like french fries– with your fingers!)
64-96 oz of pure water (minimum)
