17 Day Diet Cycle 2 Menu

For me, Cycle 2 of the 17 Day Diet was a bit confusing at first. I wasn’t sure exactly what to eat, so if you’re in the same boat, we’ll go over a 17 Day Diet Cycle 2 Meal Plan so you get a good idea of how it works and a plan to get started.

To give you an idea of a typical Cycle 2 day, here’s a 17 Day Diet Cycle 2 meal plan along with a list of Cycle 2 recipes for one day of Cycle 2.

Remember, in this cycle you’ll alternate between Cycle 2 food list days and Cycle 1 food list days – this is basically alternating between high and low caloric days. (Make sure the next day you switch back to the 17 Day Diet Cycle 1 Meal Plan.)

As always, if you follow the 17 Day Diet Cycle 2 Food list, it’s easy to formulate a Cycle 2 day (every other day on this cycle).

Here’s a Cycle 2 typical menu when you’re on a high-caloric day (revert back to my Cycle 1 Sample Menu for your low-caloric day):

17 Day Diet Cycle 2 Meal Plan

Wake Up Drink (within 30 minutes of waking):

Hot Water with Lemon (use about the juice of a whole lemon or roughly 2-3 Tablespoons of bottled lemon juice)

Breakfast:

2 Veggie Egg Cups
1/2 Cup Cooked Old-Fashioned Oatmeal
Green Tea
6 oz of Non-Fat Plain Yogurt  with 4-5 Strawberries cut up and add Sweetener (if you’re hungry mid-morning)

Veggie Egg Cups - use whatever veggies you have on hand! Simple and yummy grab and go meal!

Lunch:

Egg Roll in a Bowl a la Judy (save leftovers for other lunches)
1/2 Cup Cooked Brown Rice (you can mix this serving into your lunch if you want)
Green Tea

Mid-Day Snacks:

Medium Apple (before 2pm)
6 oz Fruit Flavored, Low-Sugar Yogurt

Dinner:

Grilled Lemon Sriracha Shrimp
Green Salad with your favorite veggies AND/OR
Steamed Vegetable Medley of your choice

This grilled lemon sriracha shrimp recipe is versatile and can be used in a salad or tacos!

Water Consumption:

64-96 oz of pure water (minimum)
