1/2 Medium Grapefruit
1/2 Cup of Plain Yogurt or Low-Sugar Fruit Flavored Yogurt

6 oz of Non-Fat Plain Yogurt with 4-5 Strawberries cut up and add Sweetener
1/2 Cup Cooked Old-Fashioned Oatmeal
