Here are sample menus for one day for each cycle of the 17 Day Diet:

17 Day Diet Cycle 1 Sample Menu

Cycle 1 Breakfast:

Egg White Omelet with Spinach, sun dried tomato and low-fat feta cheese
1/2 Medium Grapefruit
1/2 Cup of Plain Yogurt or Low-Sugar Fruit Flavored Yogurt
Green Tea

17 Day Diet Cycle 2 Menu

Cycle 2 Breakfast:

6 oz of Non-Fat Plain Yogurt  with 4-5 Strawberries cut up and add Sweetener
1/2 Cup Cooked Old-Fashioned Oatmeal
Hot Green Tea

17 Day Diet Menu for Cycle 3

Cycle 3 Breakfast:

Egg Scramble:

4 Egg Whites and 1 Whole Egg
Wilted spinach
Sun-dried tomatoes
Pinch of low-fat feta cheese
Wrap in whole wheat tortilla

1/2 Cup of your favorite berries such as strawberries, blue berries, etc.

1 Cup of Skim Milk

Hot Green Tea
