5 Top Skinny Foods

tomatoAn article released today indicated five foods every person should eat if they wish to be or stay thin.  Here are the top five:

1. Apples

Apples are full of fiber, low in calories and keep you fuller longer.

2. Almonds

Almonds are high in protein and keep your hunger at bay during the long afternoons.

3. Eggs

Eggs are full of protein.  In a study, those who ate at least 2 eggs at breakfast for at least five days a week, lost 65 percent more weight than those who ate a bagel for breakfast.

4. Salmon

Salmon is full of healthy fats and protein.  Those who eat at least 2 servings of salmon during the week lose two pounds more than those who do not eat fish at all.

5. Tomatoes

Finally, tomatoes are low in calories, have a great flavor, and are a low starch fruit.  That makes for a great combination skinny-friendly foods!
