  2. I started on Monday and was happy to get on the scale on Tuesday morning and be 2 pounds lighter. I have been following it exactly and gained 8 ounces of it back when I weighed myself this morning. (Thursday) GRRR….frustrating!!! Maybe I should only weigh myself once a week? I just want to see that it is working.

    • Regardless of your weight fluctuation, keep trucking along! If you have to weigh yourself once a week, go for it. I like to weigh everyday because when I’m losing, it keeps me motivated!!

  3. I have decided to definitely do this diet. I will wait until June 15th. Why June 15th? Well, my hubby retires on the 31st of May and we are having a big celebration for him on June 5, his 60th birthday. Many of his family are flying in from CA and AZ, we live in PA. Anyway, he will be going to Az to spend 3 weeks with his brother and leaves on the 15th. That will give me the first 15 days on this diet to only worry about what I AM GOING TO BE EATING. I’ll check back later.

    • Congrats on your weight loss so far! As far as your plateau, that is normal for your body to go through this. I think this is one of the reasons Cycle 2 is so important because you’re confusing your body. If you’re still in Cycle 1, try eating as if you’re on a Cycle 2 day and see if that helps any. Good luck!

    • here’s a chocolate recipe from the Drs blog

You’ll swear you’re cheating when you make this treat! Place 1/2 cup Greek yogurt in a bowl. Add 1package Truvia and 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa. Mix thoroughly. You can top it with a few raspberries if you’d like. Enjoy!!!
