Here is a recipe I found while browsing gluten-free dishes online.
The creamy balsamic dressing sounds so delicious and guilt free!
I modified a few ingredients to make the dressing 17 Day Diet friendly.
Enjoy this dressing tossed in the tuna salad (recipe below), topped on your favorite protein or any other salad of your choice.
Creamy Balsamic Dressing
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup fat-free greek yogurt
Dash of sweetener to taste
Whisk together all ingredients.
Store in fridge or use right away
Grown-up Tuna Salad
Lettuce, chopped
1-2 Small Tomatoes, quartered
1/8 cup fat-free feta cheese, crumbled
1 small can tuna, drained
Combine ingredients and toss in creamy balsamic dressing.
