17 Day Kickstart Diet Recipes for low carb weight loss

The 17 Day Kickstart Diet is a new way of eating by Dr. Moreno, the creator of the original, 17 Day Diet.

The 17 Day Kickstart Diet is a “plant forward” lifestyle with emphasis on plant-based and fish proteins (although other animal proteins are allowed).

This is not a complete list of 17 Day Diet Kickstart recipes. I am in the middle of updating ALL recipes to include more information as to which phase each is approved for, including substitutions, if any.
