Breakfast:

Green smoothie with your choice of greens, low-sugar fruits and ice water, no sugar added almond milk or plain yogurt
(Smoothie formula is 1cup greens, 1 ½ cups fruit and 1 cup liquid base)

You can also create your own custom green smoothie formula.

    I’ve been on the 17 Day Diet and completed my first time through stages 1,2,3. I’ve lost 40 pounds and I will be starting over on stage 1 tomorrow. You have been a great help with your yummy recipes, insight and suggestions relating to the 17 Day Diet. My goal is to shed 70 pounds total, so 30 more to go and I’m feeling great now and I know I will in the future. Thanks Torey.

  2. Hi turi, I struggle with weight loss. I purchased your book a year ago and never started but I am going to do the 2 day detox starting tomorrow in hopes to get a kickstart and then I am going to do cycle 1. Wish me luck!

  4. the detox guide is perfect timing.although i’m going to do my best not to overindulge,my daughter’s birthday is aug 25,mine is aug 27.i started c-1 jun 18.so far have lost 18lbs.i have 28 more to lose so i’m back on c-1.remarkably, i’m not bored with the diets due to the great recipes.i am learning a lot!! thank you so much
