This recipe is simple and uses only a few fresh, key ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Roasted Cauliflower in the Oven

There’s not much to this baked cauliflower recipe. In fact, it’s almost a set it and forget it type of side dish:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper onto a sheet pan.
  3. Roast for 18–20 minutes until golden.

Once all ingredients for this roasted cauliflower recipe are mixed together, it's simply just baking in the oven to finish off this dish
