If you eat a lot of chicken and you’re looking for new flavor profiles to give yourself a little bit of variety, check out my Lemon Pepper Chicken!
It’s super easy to make and only requires a few ingredients, which makes this low carb chicken dish a winner in my book!
Plus, if you have a family you’re feeding, this will be a dinner they’ll ask you to make over and over!
This recipe comes straight from my seasonal Feast Cycle 1 Meal Plan that we use for our Fall Cycle 1 Challenge.
Lemon and Black Pepper Chicken Ingredients
Like most of my recipes, this one is simple to make and only requires a few key ingredients, which include:
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- lemon pepper seasoning (I like this brand because it contains no salt)
- salt
- chicken breasts
- lemons
If you can get a brand of lemon pepper seasoning that contains no salt (like the one I linked above), then you’ll be able to control the amount of salt in your dish.
