Ingredients for Lemon-Garlic Chicken & Green Beans Stir-Fry
This recipe is simple and uses only a few fresh, key ingredients:
- skinless chicken breasts
- fresh green beans
- garlic
- olive oil
- lemon (zest and juice)
- Salt and Pepper
- low-sodium chicken broth (or water)

How to Make Lemon-Garlic Chicken & Green Beans Stir-Fry
It’s so easy to get a healthy, restaurant-quality dinner on the table fast!
- Heat ½ Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken strips and cook for 4-5 minutes until no longer pink. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining ½ Tbsp olive oil and green beans. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until bright green but still crisp.
- Push green beans to the side of the pan. Add minced garlic to the center and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return chicken to the pan. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together.
- Add chicken broth and continue cooking for 1-2 more minutes until the liquid reduces slightly.

Lemon-Garlic Chicken & Green Beans Stir-Fry
This low carb Lemon-Garlic Chicken & Green Beans Stir-Fry is perfect for the entire family.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips or bite-size pieces
- 3 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil (divided)
- 1 lemon, zested (1 teaspoon) and juiced (2 Tablespoons)
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons low-sodium chicken broth (or water)
- Chili Pepper Flakes (optional for heat)
- Diced Green Onions (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat 1⁄2 Tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
