I have a ton of info on the 17 Day Diet in terms of diet tips and tricks, but it wasn’t until a few years ago I made a switch to focus more on 17 Day Diet Recipes.
It’s no secret that food is REALLY important to our weight loss efforts. When you get bored of your current dinner rotation, that’s when things can take a turn for the worse.
You find yourself cheating here and there and pretty soon, you’re no longer on a diet.

Hi Jessie! If you’re planning on breaking for a few days, that would be fine. Just pick up right where you left off (no need to re-start). If you take a break that lasts 1-2 weeks, then best to re-start. Consider doing a Transitional Day Fast (aka smoothie day) if you completely overdo it and want to lose a few pounds before you start back up.
