Instead of soy sauce, use coconut aminos to make this recipe 100% compliant for the Kickstart Diet. I personally like Braggs Liquid Aminos as a healthier alternative to soy sauce.
If you add additional toppings or sauces, keep the 17 Day Kickstart Diet Food List in mind to make sure you’re compliant for the phase you’re currently on.

I’m considering joining the Spring Cycle 1 but would like to know how many fruits and fats do you recommend per day, what do you use to replace sugar?
Hi Paula! Sorry for the late response to your comment. The 17 Day Diet allows for 2 servings of low sugar fruit per day to be eaten before 2pm. Healthy fats during cycle 1 are 1 to 2 tablespoons daily of either olive or flax oil. Lastly, the 17 Day Diet allows for Stevia or Monk Fruit (brands Truvia and Nectresse are specifically mentioned on the Cycle 1 food list).
